I’m passionate about driving social impact and supporting founders across the UK who are leveraging technology and innovation to make a difference. Entrepreneurial and creative by nature, I’m particularly drawn to founders who see opportunities where others see challenges, and to those who have a strong belief in both their product and their team.
Background
In 2025, I was delighted to take the next step in my career and join to Mercia Ventures as an Investment Analyst, where I invest across the East and Southeast Midlands.
My passion lies in business and innovation. Prior to joining Mercia Ventures, I worked in business development at the University of Nottingham, where I led key projects and built strategic partnerships with both SMEs and blue-chip companies such as BAE Systems and Jaguar Land Rover. At university, I studied English Literature, graduating with First Class Honours. This experience honed my analytical and reasoning skills. I later pursued an MSc in Business Leadership and Management, which enabled me to apply critical thinking to real-world problems and data, an aspect of my current role that I particularly enjoy.
